A lot of products are advertised as versatile but very few of them do it well.
The Tenikle was conceived by graphic designer, Hans Dose, when he charmed his way out of a cell phone ticket from a police officer for not having a mount while using his phone. Hans immediately drove to pick one up, but the mounts he saw were uninspired. That’s when the idea hit him, a mount that you can take anywhere and stick to anything. He designed everything himself, wrote a patent, and manufactured the Tenikle in San Diego, California.
The Tenikle is much more than a car mount, it also functions as a tripod, selfie stick, a stand for phones and tablets, and pretty much anything else you can think of. The material is made out of 100% recycled thermoplastic allowing it to bend, twist, wrap, and most importantly, suck.
The suction cups are engineered to stick for a long time. They will hold for about two weeks dry and around four weeks if a little moisture is applied to them beforehand. There are ten suction cups on the Tenikle, each cup can hold eight pounds and they work best on clean, flat surfaces.
It’s a fun product that should come in very handy if you need to stick your phone onto literally any flat surface. I know I’m going to buy one for my girlfriend so she can watch her favorite shows in the bathtub. These versatile puppies also come in dark grey and light blue can be had for 24.95 on their website, Tenikle.com
